BASIC TASKS AND FUNCTIONS

The Head of Department have the basic tasks and functions as follows:

  1. Coordinate the activities of the education, research and community service in the Department of.
  2. Run the academic policies and standards of quality of education set out in the Department..
  3. Draw up a plan of activities or work programs Department.
  4. Carry out the development of majors in the fields of education, research and community service.
  5. Develop good relations and cooperation with stakeholders (stakeholder).
  6. Perform monitoring and evaluation the implementation of the process of teaching and learning at the level of departments.
  7. Coordinate the activities of Student Affairs at the level of departments.
  8. Coordinate with Courses and master’s degree holders, Doctor who related.
  9. Report activities periodically to the Dean.

 

The Secretary of the Department have the basic tasks and functions as follows:

  1. Carrying out administrative and secretarial Activities Department;
  2. Coordinate the drafting and development of curriculum education majors;
  3. Coordinate the activities of teaching and learning along with the expertise of the Professors Group;
  4. Draw up a schedule of lectures at the level of departments

Head of Laboratory/Studio has the basic tasks and functions as follows:

  1. Planning educational activities, research and community service in the laboratory/Studio;
  2. The operational plan and the development of laboratory/studio;
  3. Providing services for not only academic to do the development of science, technology and the arts;
  4. Prepare the schedule of activities of the laboratory/studio;
  5. Coordinate all academic activities carried out in the laboratory/Studio;
  6. Do the coaching to members of the lab/studio;
  7. Partnership with outside parties in the framework of resource sharing and empowerment lab/studio;
  8. Perform monitoring and evaluation over the availability of the infrastructure and activities in the laboratory/studio;
  9. Report on the activities of at least each semester to the head of Department.
  10. Do the coordination with the Chairman of the Group of Professors of science and development related Skills teaching and learning.

 

Group Chairman Professor expertise (KKDK) has the basic tasks and functions as follows:

  1. Planning educational activities, research and community service in the Group;
  2. Form a team teaching based on the result of deliberation by a member of the Group;

Quality assurance unit has the basic tasks and functions as follows:

  1. Drafting quality standard academic Majors;
